The rules for using this website and the basics of how our services work. Short, because they can be.
This website, martigan.co.uk, is operated by TripleDouble Group Ltd, trading as Martigan, registered in England and Wales under company number 13609173, with its registered office at Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset BH16 6FA. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you buy a service from us, the written agreement we send you for that service applies to it and takes priority over anything here.
You may browse the site and use the enquiry form to get in touch about our services. You must not use the site to send us false information, to interfere with how it works, or for anything unlawful. We may change or take down any part of the site at any time.
We offer three services: managing your advertising, building and running your website, and a 24/7 AI employee that answers calls you do not. Each is priced as one flat monthly fee, shown on the site excluding VAT. There is no minimum term: you can cancel any service at the end of a monthly period by telling us in writing. Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta or any other platform is separate from our fee and is paid by you.
Marketing results depend on your market, your competitors and your business. We work to improve them, but we do not guarantee a particular number of leads, calls, bookings or revenue.
Advertising accounts we run for you remain yours, and so do your domain name, your brand and any material you give us. You confirm you have the right to let us use that material. The design and code of a website we build and host for you is provided as part of the monthly service.
The text, design and code of this website belong to TripleDouble Group Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, for loss of profit or business, or for anything arising from your use of this website beyond the amount you have paid us in the three months before the claim.
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page or by post to the registered office above.
